Final impressions

1. Place implant impression copings
2. Clear thermoplastic tray by Massad or custom tray or stock tray
3. Paint tray with PVS adhesive
4. Rigid PVS on palate, tissue areas, and directly over implant copings to act as stops.
5. Trim most away most material except for solid stops on palate, tissue both sides, and on copings.  Leave just enough for positive seat of copings, do not come up sides.
6. Rigid PVS on periphery and have patient pucker and cough for upper or pucker and stick tongue out side to side for lower.
7. Trim away any areas of tray that punch through.
8. Place rigid PVS in coping areas and light PVS everywhere else.
